You're in the best place for Dental Implants. We provide diploma level training to other dentists at our One to One Implant Education at our adjoining premises. Both Fazeela and Nik regularly travel the world conducting lectures and training concerning Implantology.

Rest assured, you'll receive the best possible care and treatment with us.

Dental implants can restore an active, healthy lifestyle. You can give business presentations, swim, ski or participate in any sport and eat your choice of food without worrying about teeth moving or falling out.

Dental implants look and feel like natural teeth. Implants are anchored into your jaw so they can last a lifetime.

Poorly fitting dentures can move in your mouth causing you to mumble or slur your words. Dental implants allow you to speak without the worry that your dentures might slip.

Dentures that move can make chewing difficult and painful. Dental implants function like your own teeth, allowing you to eat your favourite foods with confidence and without pain or discomfort.

Not having to worry about uncomfortable or loose dentures will allow you to smile confidently and help you feel better about yourself.

Dental implants don’t require grinding down of adjacent healthy teeth, as with a traditional, tooth-supported bridge. Your own teeth are left undisturbed, improving your long-term oral health.

Removable dentures can be uncomfortable, inconvenient and embarrassing. They are a nuisance to clean (particularly when eating out) and often require the use of messy fixative to keep them from moving in your mouth. Dental implants are fixed in place and provide a solution as close to natural teeth as possible.

Single Tooth Implant

Missing a single tooth?, a dental implant can replace it.

We insert a small titanium post into your jawbone and allow it to integrate with the bone over time.

After healing, a custom-made crown is placed on the post, restoring the appearance and function of your natural tooth.

Dental Implant Bridge

If you are missing multiple teeth in a row, an implant bridge may be an option. This procedure involves placing two implants at either end of the gap, with a bridge of replacement teeth connected between them. This is a more secure and permanent solution than traditional bridges, which rely on adjacent teeth for support.

All-on-X Full Arch Implants

These procedures are designed for patients who need to replace an entire upper or lower set of teeth. Instead of placing an implant for each missing tooth, only four (All-on-4) or six (All-on-6) implants are placed strategically to support a full arch of teeth. This method is cost-effective and often can be completed in a single visit, offering a full set of teeth that look and function like natural ones.

Immediate Load vs Delayed Load Implant Procedures

This decision is based on several factors...

If the graft provides enough stability and support, an implant can be placed at the same time. In cases where the graft needs more time to integrate and strengthen, it’s better to wait.

Some grafts, such as block grafts, may require more healing time compared to particulate grafts, which could be ready for immediate implant placement depending on the case.

The patient’s overall health and ability to heal can also impact the timing of the implant placement.

What is Dental Bone Loss?

When a tooth is lost, loose or extracted, the bone that once supported it can start to shrink over time. A dental bone graft is a procedure that helps restore lost bone, creating a strong foundation for a future dental implant or improving aesthetics by restoring the overall shape of your jawbone.

Extraction Socket Management
After a tooth is removed, we often place bone graft material into the empty socket to help preserve the bone. This prevents the area from shrinking and makes future implant placement easier and more predictable.Extraction Socket Management.

Bone Grafts

In cases where there may be bone wear or loss, that may affect the installation of your implant. There are various procedures we can undertake to rectify this and we'll always talk you through your particularly case to ensure you're kept informed of what is involved and healing times.
Minor Bone Augmentation
If a small amount of bone has already been lost, a minor bone graft can be used to rebuild the area. This is often done when preparing for an implant or to improve the contour of the jaw
Major Bone Augmentation
In cases where significant bone loss has occurred, a larger graft may be necessary.

This can involve using bone from another part of your jaw or a specialised grafting material to restore the shape and strength of the jaw.
Sinus Floor Elevation (Sinus Lift)
If you’re missing teeth in the upper back part of your mouth, the sinuses may have expanded, leaving little room for an implant. A sinus lift involves gently raising the sinus floor and adding bone graft material to create enough support for a future implant.

Fix Receeding Gum Issues

There are numerous types of soft tissue regeneration procedures that restore or improve the health of the gums around your teeth and implants. These procedures help restore gum health, protect your teeth and implants, and improve the overall look of your smile. We will work with you to determine which approach is best for your situation.

Sometimes the gum tissue around a tooth can recede, exposing the tooth root. This can lead to sensitivity or even tooth loss if untreated. Recession coverage helps by grafting healthy gum tissue over the exposed area, protecting the tooth and improving the appearance of your smile.

If your gums have receded significantly, We might use a procedure called connective tissue grafting. This involves taking a small piece of tissue from the roof of your mouth (or another area) and grafting it to the affected gum line. This method helps thicken the gums and cover any exposed roots, reducing sensitivity and preventing further recession.

Peri-implantitis is an infection around a dental implant that can cause gum recession and bone loss. The treatment typically involves cleaning and decontaminating the affected area and sometimes grafting tissue or bone to help regenerate lost tissue and protect the implant

How is Digital Dentistry Used?

Digital tools can help create a 3D model of the patient’s mouth, us to plan the grafting procedure precisely. This reduces the risk of complications and can lead to quicker healing times.

With dental implants, digital dentistry allows for highly accurate measurements and placement. Using 3D imaging, such as Cone Beam CT scans, we can create a custom treatment plan that ensures the implant is placed in the optimal location, angle, and depth for a secure fit. In some cases, digital systems can even guide the surgeon during the procedure with computer-assisted surgery, minimising the chance of errors.
