Making Dental Appointments:

The practice is open between 9am and 5:00pm and appointments will be structured as far as possible to meet with your particular needs.  For longer appointments we would ask that you give us at least 24 hours prior to cancelling to allow us to offer these appointments to other patients. Should this not be possible please let us know, otherwise we may have to make a charge.

Payment Methods:

It is our policy to give patients full information about the cost of their dental care before any treatment is carried out, a written treatment plan will  be provided.

You may pay for your dental treatment by cheque, credit/debit cards, Bank transfer or cash.  We ask patients to pay after each visit for routine dental care.  For more extensive implant or restorative treatment arrangements can be made with the treating dentist.

Emergencies:

Should you have a dental emergency such as acute pain, bleeding or swelling please contact the practice as soon as possible and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to be seen as quickly as possible. We will assess you and will always try to see you on the same day.

We strive to provide you with excellent dentistry, care and service at all times.  We would like you to tell us if you feel that this is not the case.
